JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to ensure that, process needed for the preparations, tracking and analysis of the quality financial KPIs are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, track and analyse the business financial KPI. The ideal candidate will track the commercial and Go to Market teams and highlight their performance in terms of financial KPIs. This will involve:
     Measuring the associated financial KPI (ARPU, MoU, SAC, Rpm and other KPIs).
     Prepare a report to detail the impact of the KPIs on the financial performance.
     Highlight areas of improvement for Cost efficiency.
     Work with the business owners to implement cost efficiency measures.
• Analyse Zone performance: prepare a management report for zones. This should track financial performance (YoY, MoM, BU and FC).  And highlight the related KPIs performance.
• Business Unit performance: Provide timely and accurate management information to all BU owners. Analyse and develop a BU management report to ensure all critical areas of the business are highlighted
• Product Review: Review the profitability of new products before launch. Perform a post launch analysis of new products to analyse their performance
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Provide accurate timely and effective framework for all forecast and business planning requirements, including sensitivity analysis.
• Month End Close: Ensure all the month end activities relating to KPI are performed and the data accurately updated and variance analysis performed in the HFM. Together with the treasury department prepare and track the WC movement/cash flow (YoY, MoM, BU and FC). Analyse the related KPIs
• Include training for all key stakeholders on financial KPIs measurement
• Coordinate internal audit and external auditing for KPIs audit review
• Perform any other role assigned
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Have or in process of acquiring professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Masters is an added advantage.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in financial analytics with knowledge of Financial Management, Reporting & Control, Business Analysis,  Investment appraisal

CORE COMPETENCIES
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, Create KPIs and Metrics to measure success of business
• Expert technical knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
• Demonstrated diplomatic and interpersonal skills and ability to relate to other staff effectively in a complex and changing environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications.
• Has the ability to work independently on tasks of the most complex nature.
