Program Manager-1 POSITION
For this position, TEN/MET is seeking for a person who has the capacity to lead and coordinate a team of Programme Officers in the identification, planning and development of TEN/MET programmes, oversee the management, implementation and monitoring of the programme activities and ensure high performance and achievement of the organizational goals.
The Program Manager is in charge of
providing strategic leadership in linking with and supporting TEN/MET Members.
S/he is also expected to provide programmatic support and advice to the Coordinator.
S/he is responsible to compiling and monitoring work plans and reports from all programs and updates and disseminates donor's compliances and regulations for each programme.
The Programme Manager sought should have high leadership, representational and analytical skills, a Master's degree in education or a related field and 5- 7 years of relevant experience in educational development, and programme management. A PhD will be an added advantage.
