Position: Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Dar es Salaam.
You are someone with a strong design portfolio showing industry experience, market understanding and above all an ambition to create high quality work.

You are able to take responsibility on brand identity, website, web/mobile app design, from conception to completion.

You are hands-on with great branding, layout, typography and craft skills, understanding of digital design, UX and interaction principles is a plus.

Ability to communicate well is key: you will be working as a part of a brand team and closely with clients so we are looking for someone who is confident in presenting and communicating ideas.

Desired skills
• Strong point of view on creative ideas and ability to contribute conceptual thinking and fresh design ideas
• Strong understanding of branding and ability to tie a brand’s objectives to the visual design concepts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Communicative, flexible, and patient under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to define the look and feel of what is next in interactive design
• Prior experience on designing web/mobile app interfaces, e-commerce websites, and marketing websites
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
