Coca – Cola kwanza Limited is a part of the only anchor bottler in Africa in the Coca –Coola kwanza Company global franchise System as. A multinational company dealing in fast moving consumer products we strive to maintain world standards in every speed of our business.  In additional we are also committed to train and develop Tanzania Citizen and to this end we require the services of high caliber Tanzania to provide a leading edge to our business

The successful incumbent responsibilities will include


  • Rigorous execution in each against picture of success / right execution daily standards
  • Perfect adhere to routine and process
  • Merchandising builds strong relationship with each customer based on ability to understand and support group their business
  • Strong interpersonal skills ambassadors of our company and brands
  •  Capture every possible sale to meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly target generates orders
  • Identities and realize sales opportunities
  • Identifies and acts against competitor activity


MINIMUM REQUIREMENT


  • A minimum of degree in marketing business administrations, economics or any other related field
  •  Excellent communications skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Planning organization and controlling leadership and project management skills problem solving customer focus, numerical skills, assertiveness
  • Time management
  • To be able to work within a team and demonstrate high integrity and honesty work ethic
  • Must know how to drive a car and have a relevant driving license (attach copy)
  • At least 2 years working experience in FMCG industry
