JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE Head of Sales- Enterprise
REPORTING TO GM March 2016
JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible for developing and deploying the country-level Enterprise business strategy for delivering revenue numbers and for ensuring a strong and well positioned product portfolio.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of Enterprise sales activities of the business

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Planning

  • Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan/budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
  • Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Finance and Commercial
  • In coordination with the General Manager, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company.

2. Execution

  • Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies
  • Assist Team in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Manage all of the field and in house sales functions of The Company's facilities.
  • The position specifically is responsible for all sales and Business Development activities of the company.
  • Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the 3 Business Development Heads and the Sales Account Managers.


  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel
  • In coordination with the General Manager, establish compensation plans for all sale personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
3. Creation of highly effective Team

  • To ensure the functions objectives are delivered through a highly motivated and engaged team. Giving regular feedback and reviews to each team member as this plays a critical role in ensuring employees are engaged and deliver results, leading to lower attrition of people hence protecting talent.
  • Develop a bench strength of future leaders through coaching, mentoring and guidance

4. Reports

  • Prepare various analytical reports and statistics as required by the business on a timely basis.

Requirements
Skills , Knowledge & Abilities

  • 5+ Years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in customer retention & relationship management
  • History of creating productive working relationship and trust with teams across multiple departments
  • Strong communication skills
  • An understanding of the client’s needs

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/IT, an MBA is preferred
