RECEPTIONIST NAVAN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- provide exemply customery service , direct patient, family members and other victors
- answer incoming calls, respond to inqueries or redirect caller to the appropriate staff assistance
- schedule appointments and acurately enters data into scheduling syestem
- registered patient and enters or update demographic and insurance informations
- communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patient
- handles request for patient medical records
- taking vital signs from the patients
SKILLS
- strong customers service skills
- professional telephone etiquete
- ability to interact with other in calm, friendly and caring manner
- active listening skills empthy towards others
- strong organizational and analytical skills
- ability to follow well-defined instructions and comply with regulattions standars
- ability to maintain cinfidentially of senstive informations
- proficient computer skills
- medical terminology preffered
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in physicians office or hospital is preffered
- minimum 6 months of customers service experience required
- electronical medical record experience
EDUCATIONS
- high school is required
- nusring college course work is preffered
