Customer Relation Officer

Sumbawanga Urban Water Supply And Sanitation Authority is an authority an autonomous water supply organizations mended to provide water and sanitations service within the urban area of Sumbawanga. It was established in January 1998 Under the Act No. 8 of 1997 repealed by Act No. 12 of 2009. SUWASA is advertising four vacant posts

POSITION: CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in customer service principles and public relations or their equivalent from a recognized and reputable university or institutions.
• Must be computer literacy

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deal directly customer either by telephone or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer  complains
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information’s to handle service inquires
• Set up new customer accounts and manage  customers accounts
• Perform any other duties may be assigned by immediate super visor

AGE NOT ABOVE 45
