Our company is looking for an energetic customer care representative cum cashier to fill in the vacant position.


Job Purpose

Responsible to manage all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and Issuing to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
•    Handle all incoming, outgoing calls and inter office calls and keep messages for the office employees or Management.
•    Welcome guest and give directives to all guests/customers in the company area.
•    Report any bad events occurring in his/her place of work and ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy all times.
•    Responsible for arrangement, documentation and filling of all documents
•    Ensure that all messages are delivered promptly.
•    Ensure that office working tools (stationeries) are in good order.
•    Communicate information by typing, sending and receiving emails.
•    Collect, check, register and keep track of all incoming and outgoing materials.
•    Monitor and coordinate the daily operation of assigned of the premise.
•    Prepare payments in the Acc Pac system, assist in closing of books in a daily basis, petty cash management and other ad hoc assignments as may be assigned by management
•    Keeping record of the daily opening and closing balance of the Premise.
•    Ensuring proper maintenance of the cash registers.
•    Reporting discrepancies to the supervising authority of the Company.
•    Accurately calculating and handing change to clients.
•    Check all client clothes and make the bills in accordance with the same, tag and label clothes in an accurate manner.
•    Making transaction entries into the computer for maintaining records.
•    Completing all tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
•    Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Diploma in front office management/Secretarial/Customer care or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.

EXPERIENCE;
•    One  or more years’ experience in a well-established company

•    Fluent English and Swahili.
•    Computer literate - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
•    Self-motivated, innovative, trustworthy and sound work ethics
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Pleasant disposition and has a presentable personality

•    Organizing and Planning skills
