Job Description

Job title: Manager Marketing and Corporate Communications
Reports to: Commercial Director
Purpose of the position
Design, Implementation and Management of the Company’s marketing strategy and plans.

Responsibilities & duties

  • Develop, implement, monitor and influence Precision Airs Marketing strategy to project the company culture & image to subsequently create customer value for Precision Air’s products and services.
  • Build and create strong brand ensuring customers desire Company’s products.
  • Design and Create value networks and channels to propel the sales effort.
  • Analysis of emerging industry travel trends and identify critical market segments for targeting
  • Management of in-flight magazine and internal newsletter
  • Design Brand equity, craft the brand positioning in the market
  • Organize and manage company’s Marketing events
  • Provide and supply up to date and timely briefs of development driven campaigns and special projects.
  • Liaise with Sales team to ensure timely production and distribution of promotional material as per the Marketing Plan.
  • Design the company market intelligence system and use of information to keep keen track of competitor activities.
  • Leverage the Company’s product against competition, new entrants and alternatives in the market environment
  • Develop and monitor recurrent expenditure to ensure actual is controlled and within budget


Academic qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelors Degree

Work experience & skills

Essential

  • Five (5) years on Job experience in Marketing at Management Level
