Job title: Manager Marketing and Corporate Communications
Reports to: Commercial Director
Purpose of the position
Design, Implementation and Management of the Company’s marketing strategy and plans.
Responsibilities & duties
- Develop, implement, monitor and influence Precision Airs Marketing strategy to project the company culture & image to subsequently create customer value for Precision Air’s products and services.
- Build and create strong brand ensuring customers desire Company’s products.
- Design and Create value networks and channels to propel the sales effort.
- Analysis of emerging industry travel trends and identify critical market segments for targeting
- Management of in-flight magazine and internal newsletter
- Design Brand equity, craft the brand positioning in the market
- Organize and manage company’s Marketing events
- Provide and supply up to date and timely briefs of development driven campaigns and special projects.
- Liaise with Sales team to ensure timely production and distribution of promotional material as per the Marketing Plan.
- Design the company market intelligence system and use of information to keep keen track of competitor activities.
- Leverage the Company’s product against competition, new entrants and alternatives in the market environment
- Develop and monitor recurrent expenditure to ensure actual is controlled and within budget
Academic qualifications

- Bachelors Degree

- Five (5) years on Job experience in Marketing at Management Level
