BILLING ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - VDITB01
This position is responsible for the followings key duties:
Pre-paid customer life cyle management
Starter pack management
Numbering plan management
Pin generation
Customer provisioning/deletion and SIM SWAP
Customer registration (KYC)
Postpaid customer life cycle management
Activation
Provisioning
Roaming
Bill run/invoice posting/invoicing and invoice printing
Responsible and accountable for Supplier management (SLA)
Responsible for security of all Billing Administrations systems in line with VTL standards, policies, procedures and industry best practices. In essence, the manaer will be responsible for IT risk assessment and management as well as implementation of the various preventive, detective and corrective controls for all Billing administrations systems
To provide guidance, leadership and direction to all Billing administrations administrators, and ensure they are familiar with technical architecture of their systems and have also instituted a regime which will ensure problems are detected early and resolved in a timely manner
Qualifications & Experiences
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication science with not less than 3 years’ experience.
Position requires strong technical skills
Min. 2 years in Telecoms (Position requires good operational understanding of Telecoms and Telecom operation)
Minimum experience of 3 years working in pre-paid and postpaid customers industry.
Min. 5 years IT experience (Position requires broad IT knowledge and experience in IT operations and IT Projects)
Min. 2 years management experience (Position requires matrix management of permanent and contract staff.)
