Keeping record of all visitors who enter/visit the company.
Responding to enquiries and obtaining information for customers, visitors and members of the public.
Providing information about the company as may be required: location of departments, offices and employees in the company.
Taking messages and informing other employees of visitors/ arrivals or cancellations of appointments.
Performing other related duties as may be assigned by the head of division.
Screening, routing and connecting calls.
