Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Intership, temporary, with perspective of full-time employment after 3 months
We are looking for candidates with strong customer service attitude, patience and attention to detail. Interns will be trained to handle customer calls (in- and outbound), and to provide information and customer support such as the remote troubleshooting of technical and service-related issues per phone.
Activities:
- To handle inbound calls from customers with varying levels of questions and concerns
- To conduct outbound calls to gather customer’s feedback for Mobisol’s customer satisfaction surveys
- To resolve customer’s questions and concerns using a computerized system
- To forward customer’s questions and concerns to the responsible department, if the problem cannot be solved by customer care
Our requirements:
- Relevant professional experience or academic background
- Knowledge of Excel spread sheets and data entry skills
- Experience in customer service in a call centre environment and/or in a high call volume environment is a strong plus
- Proven critical thinking skills that demonstrate fact finding/analysis and sound decision making
- Detail oriented and well-organized
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines with close attention to detail, accuracy and quality at all times
- Open to work in a flexible and creative work environment with fast-evolving operations
- Fluency in English and CO specific language
