Job Description
Formulate and periodically review the Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Policy and Guidelines for the Bank.
Develop and/or maintain appropriate benchmarks for all financial risks arising in Treasury operations
Develop and maintain financial risk management tools and systems in accordance with best practice standards.
Analyze currency mismatch positions, and duration mismatch between Assets and Liabilities, and estimate impact of currency and interest rate movement on the balance sheet.
