We are seeking to recruit Associates for our IT department in Tanzania, focusing on the following responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is supporting staff on IT related matters;
Support GMS/MS Navision system administrator in day to day support;
Support Analytics systems and ensure that staff are trained on how to use the system;
Respond to staff queries;
Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware and other equipment;
Ensure all programs on staff laptops are updated in a timely manner;
Ensure staff are trained on commonly used software for utilities and computer usage policies;
Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Help Desk contacts using call tracking software; and
Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and work experience:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Information Technology or any other relevant degree.
At least 1 year relevant working experience
