POSITIONS: OFFICE ATTENDANT

The office attendant responsible under the overall guidance of the administrative assistant maintaining the hygiene and cleanness of the office premised and environment
DUTIES
GENERAL ADMINSTRATIONS
• Ensure that the office premised internally and externally are clean at all times
• Ensure that office suppliers like clearing materials, coffee tea etc, are economically utilized and available whenever required
• Report security problems to supervise immediately when there is any problems
• Any other duties as reasonable duties as requested by the HR administrations officer
RELATIONSHIP
The officer cleaner reports to administrative officer assistant and may work closely with all other staff in order achieve the common goals of organizations
OTHER DUTIES
Carry out any other responsibilities’ as assigned by the administrative
EDUCATIONS AND SKILLS
Secondary educations certificate of completions
2 years working in office administration’s
