POSITION: SENIOR SUPERVISOR CCTV

WORKS FOR: SECURITY SUPRINTEND TECHNICAL
QUALIFICATIONS: DIPLOMA IN IT TECHOLOGY ELECTRONICS OR TELECOMMUNICATIONS
EXPERINCE: 5 YEARS EXPERINCE IN CCTV CAMERA
MAIN KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Providing a secure environment for the conduct the mine activities and security of its asset by enforcing security and procedure and by constant information’s monitoring thereof to ensure compliance
· Ensure that all equipment in the CCTV is fully operational and report any faults to the security system superintended
· Ensure that PTO’s specifically in terms of team members is conducted on a weekly basis
· Ensure that team members are constantly monitored in terms of their capabilities and on the job training and coaching done for him to develop strategies to counter mitigate the risks
· Maintain and enhance operationally system and process ensuring communications of accurate information’s and ongoing basis
· Plan and manage control room operator work packages ensuring consistent standards are maintained
· Assume an intermediately role between the technical team and control staff
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent communications skills
· Capacity to give training to staff
· Self –driven
· Standby and call out duties
· Physical fit
· Tanzanian driving license cat B and D
