Branch Manager

The Position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Personal Banking & Channels, the job holder will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, growth and profitability of the branch business and implementation of an efficient and effective operational, risk management, customer service and sales culture within the branch.

Corporate Relationship Officer

The Position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Banking, and the role holder will work with Relationship Managers in daily management of assigned portfolio of account by providing credit analysis, credit portfolio monitoring, transactional banking services and related activities associated with the assigned portfolio of accounts in order to increase financial returns.

Manager, Credit Recoveries

The Position:

Reporting to the Head of IT KCB Bank Rwanda, the role holder will manage, identify, review and recover or restructure/restore to performance non-performing debts and make appropriate recommendations to avoid recurrence in an effort to mitigate credit risks.

I.t. Applications & Software Development Manager

The Position:

Reporting to the Head of IT KCB Bank Rwanda, the role holder will be responsible for designing, developing, installing and maintaining software solutions for digital products, various business unit’s applications and interfaces.

Alternative Channels Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager Personal Banking & Channels, the jobholder is responsible for  implementing business strategies for Agency Banking, Money Transfer Services (MTS), Mobile Banking and Cards Businesses through rollout to market and business growth.

Custody Services Relationship Manager

The Position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Custody Services, this role exists to retain existing and continuously source for new business to support growth of custody services portfolio, diversification of products and services for existing and new clients and to carry out market research for targeted sales and services.
