We are looking for a Resident Manager for Meliá Serengeti.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring it runs smoothly.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- University Degree in Hospitality or similar.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Resident Manager.
- Previous experience in All inclusive, 4* and 5*.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong Leadership and managerial skills.
- Profitability and business driven oriented.
- Experience in operational management.
- Team work and customer orientation.
- Able to relocate to Serengeti.
