Description

Executing exemplary spa treatments to guests in accordance to Four Seasons Standards with
the highest degree of standards awareness and professionalism.


1. Is directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his/her area of work.

2. Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.

3. Attends all scheduled training sessions.

4. To operate Book4Time system in administrative levels.

5. Actively offers operational, employee and customer (internal and external) related feedback to management.

6. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.

7. Provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatments and body treatments in a sensitive and personalized manner and following company standards and procedures; Determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions

8. Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively.

9. Recommends and effectively up sells treatments, packages and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner.

10. Handles guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; meticulously respects guest needs for privacy, takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur.

11. Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments; applies professional products safely and accurately.
12. Sets-up and maintains spa treatment rooms in an immaculate manner;
maintains stocks of operating and guest supplies in the work areas.
13. Adheres to the Lodge’s code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.
14. Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk.
15. Actively participates in briefings and meetings.
16. Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment.
17. Performs any additional duties as assigned.
18. Is proficient in the use of the reservations software.
19. Reads and update the daily Log Book.
20. Identifies and reports facility maintenance issues and equipment related
problems immediately to manager
