Responsibilities
To control and administer financial and accounting operations of the company
Management of cash flow and preparation of company's financial statement
Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts, track and monitor financial records of the company
Develop and implement company budgets (weekly,monthly, annual), plan and assist in forecasting
Oversee functions of financial reporting and manage financial processes
Attend meeting with the director,present and interpret financial status of the company Review performance of the company's logistics operations and address key issues to reduce cost
Establish finance and administrative systems to support the company's operations
Delegate, manage and administer the accounting and finance department
Guide the financial department and assist reach company goals
Coordinate all auditing activities and undertake financial analysis
Qualifications
Experience:
5years working experience as a Financial Controller
Education:
Bachelor degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance is required
Must possess CPA
Skills:
High level of computer skills; Excel and Spread sheeting
Team leadership and management skills
Communication and ability to present
Keen, analytic and problem solving skills
