JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring syrup is prepared on time and as per the plan following the MMI.
- Ensuring that proper quantities of sugar are used per batch
- Carrying out cleaning and sanitation of syrup room equipment and the filler
- Releasing syrups to the production line during production
- Carry out maintenance of syrup room machines and equipments
- Supervising of housekeeping of syrup room and sugar warehouse
- Preparation of cleaning and sanitation solutions to the required concentrations
- To carry out weekly microbiological test on the product line and critically assess the results.
- To inspect and verify all incoming auxiliary and raw materials that are supplied to the process
- To continuously monitor and assess housekeeping on the bottling hall and its periphery.
- Ensure compliance as per company requirements (QMS, FSSC, OHSAS, EMS)
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management
