Description
The main duties and responsibilities shall be to:


  • Regular perform accounting transactions such as debit/credit notes, payroll transfers, cash outflows, and cash management
  • Regular reconciliation of the TJL Company Ltd accounts
  • Ensuring a control system of TJL Company Ltd funds and liquidities
  • Preparation of payments for services and other payables due
  • Preparation of payroll
  • Preparation of payments of national security funds such as NSSF
  • Production and distribution of financial reports and supporting documents
  • Ensuring the financial document management system is current and properly maintained (opening, closing, classification, access control, circulation, filing)
  • Preparation of budget and ensuring effective tracking, verification and reporting of budget variances
  • Performing cash flow management by ensuring payment of invoices and expense accounts and ordering of materials and office supplies
  • Assist in the audit of the TJL Company Limited Financial Statements
  • Performance of any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director


Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is a must
  • Holder of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting IT systems
  • At least two years’ experience in accounting field
