Role Purpose
- To promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits. Also he will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize income generation for the company, and achieving sales targets.
- Finding new customers and keeping existing ones
- Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the commercial construction industry.
- Educate customers on the selection process of various building material
- Support sales and management efforts of company’s associates with a positive attitude and team focus
- Acquire and maintain sufficient product knowledge and strive to continually increase knowledge base
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and any other relevant methods
Academic qualifications
- A Bachelor in related field is required
Work experience
- At least two years experience of Sales in building works Construction
Skills
- Ability to develop business relationships with customers and co-workers
- Passion about home trends and/or design building/re-modelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Excellent listening & negotiation skills
- Professional, presentation, work ethic, and behaviour.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify business opportunities for the mutual benefit of the customer and the Company.
