Position (1): PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Location. COUNTRY OFFICE, DSM
Programme: WE SOLVE. (SOLAR PROJECT)
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify operational risk, undertake risk assessment and manage risk accordingly
• .understand and execute plans as per the project goals and objectives
• Design develop and operate mobile platform based microfinance loan product as per models
• Provide training and orientation to relevant staff
• Ensure coordination with all project partners, sync actions and share knowledge
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Must have a degree in Finance / Banking I Business.Administration and at least 3-4 years experience.
• Banking Loan product and financial tool development experience will be critical in assessment.
• Profound skills on curriculum and content development
• Highly able to anticipate future challenges and identify problems
• In-depth acquaintance on digital banking platform, dear understanding on transaction module
• With an extrovert and optimistic attitude, people with positive energy and strong ability to thrive on action and relish change are highly welcomed.

Assist Regional Project Officer in reviewing progress and to discuss.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a degree in Environmental Science/ engineering or Social Science/ Development studies or economics.
Must have prior working experience in Solar Energy related product distribution and marketing for 2 years at least.
Solar product knowledge, available producing and distributing companies, market Intelligence would critically evaluated
Micromanagement and indepth knowledge on rural and urban livelihood condition is highly required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough familiarity with word processing and project scheduling computer application.
Ability to work as a team member and independently.

Position (1): REGIONAL PROJECT OFFICER
Job Location: ARUSHA
Programme: WE SOLVE (SOLAR PROJECT)
Job Responsibilities:
Support monitoring and evaluation and learning sharing of the project.
Support in creation of robust supply chain for quality solar products.
Establishment of solar light market value chain, do the mapping of the working area in the community.
Coordinate with regional staff and engage them into the project deliverables.
Support to analyze and evaluate the business and transaction models.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or Business Administration or Development Studies.
Must have solar product distribution, channel and marketing experience for 2-3 years and another 2 years RPO working experience.
Understanding of the Solar Energy sector, service providers in country, solar product knowledge and government five years development plan on electrification and green energy would be highly critical.
Profound evidence on People and relationship management skills will inevitable
Knowledge in project design and implementation
Excellent in computer applications especially excel, power point and word
Leadership and management skills is a key
Community mobilization and engagement skills
