JOB DESCRIPTION
Driving sales performance of the regional managers
Providing leadership and direction to ensure volume targets are delivered
Formulate forecast and market demand levels , to ensure the customer objectives are achieved or exceeded
Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the commercial pricing systems
Develop a solid understanding of local markets and leveraging local insights to generate growth
Brand Management
Subsidy business management
Agronomy and Extension Services
Provide regular updates on key issue of strategic marketing emphasis
Develop and create an environment conducive to excellence and achievement of set objectives by commercial team
Establish the right teams, platforms and behaviors for longer term competitiveness
Manage and implementation of awareness campaigns to enhance the company's category leadership and brand familiarity
