JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop and deliver sales training catered for multi-sales channels in bank
Take lead on training need analysis, venue arrangement and course contents etc
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external business associates for effective training development
Participate in ad-hoc projects when required
