Role Purpose
- To provide a wide range of support to the CEO in Overseeing and managing the company while ensuring the smooth running of CEO Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing CEO’s daily schedules.
- Booking meetings, conference calls and travels for CEO.
- Taking minutes and report writing.
- Preparing correspondence on behalf of CEO.
- Anticipating CEO needs and proactively bringing together appropriate people and resources to support addressing of issues.
- Managing commercial issues tracker in consultation with sales team.
- Managing opex service tracker in consultation with operation and finance team.
- Coordinating risk and issue trackers from weekly PMO report in consultation with project team.
- Manage orange belt projects in consultation with head of department.
- Undertaking assignment assigned by supervisor.
Academic qualifications
Essential
- Undergraduate Degree
Work Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role in a reputable company.
- Ability to use different it devices and proficiency in Microsoft (i.e Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Internet).
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Administrative and organization skills.
- Interpersonal skills, team work and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to get involved in business issues for different reasons, including wide understanding of what the company does
- Project management and coordination skills.
