JOB DESCRIPTION
- Represents the company in meetings, seminars and workshops whenever required
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with consumers both retail and wholesale as well as other stakeholders in horticulture value chain
- Participate in quarterly program progress, review sessions with accountant and farm supervisor and identify any risks to non-delivery and whenever possible address the issue immediately or report to MD
- Manage and submit work plans as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Work in close consultation with an accountant, farm supervisor to review and prepare the work plan and budget as part of the quarterly and annual planning process
- Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales
- Responsible for finding markets for both agriculture and printing products.
- He/She will be in charge of the farm supervisor to ensure that, they produce the quality needed by the consumers as well as producing consistent supply.
- He/She is also involved in the planning, organizing, directing and handling of produce in such a way as to satisfy the farmer, producer and the consumer.
- He/She will be a leading role in reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the farm activities
