Job Description

  • Integration Support with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etc
  • Application product pre-lunch test and Competitor products collection & analysis
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs
  • Computer Operation systems Windows, ChromeOS
  • Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to AWS teams on how to improve our services
  • Desk phones, conference phones, mobile phones
  • Access switches and patch panels, corporate network cabling 



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer science, finance or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware\Router & Switch configurati on\Virtualization Platform (VMware vSphere)
  • Experience with MMO/Banks/Payment Provider/Switches etc
  • Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and ChromeOS
  • Integration Experience with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etc
  • Extensive application(like Android app\OpenSource tools) support experience
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Written and oral communication skills,Strong documentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills 


Location
The role will be based in Dar es Salaam.
