Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Licenses: ensure all business licenses and required documents are up to date and correct as well as; car licenses, insurances, health and safety, fire safety certificates and all other statutory certificates and licenses
  • Use initiative on all other admin and filing required for the business
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organising company events or conferences
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews

Educational Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources law, accounting or any equivalent field

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in HR and office admin
  • Confident to use Excel, Word, Email and managing all our IT systems
  • Have a car and valid driving license
  • Leadership and the ability to make "things happen"
  • Attention to details
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Tanzanian nationality
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
