Roles and Responsibilities
- Business Licenses: ensure all business licenses and required documents are up to date and correct as well as; car licenses, insurances, health and safety, fire safety certificates and all other statutory certificates and licenses
- Use initiative on all other admin and filing required for the business
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organising company events or conferences
- Ordering stationery and furniture
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Managing office budgets
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources law, accounting or any equivalent field
Experience Requirements
- Experience in HR and office admin
- Confident to use Excel, Word, Email and managing all our IT systems
- Have a car and valid driving license
- Leadership and the ability to make "things happen"
- Attention to details
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Tanzanian nationality
- Fluent in English and Swahili
