Position: Hotel Manager

Job Description
Education: Diploma in Hotel Management or related
Experience: At least two years working experience in Hotel industry
Years: above 28 years old
Vacancy: 1 person
Working location: Bagamoyo town

Responsibilities:
1. Primarily accountable for administration of Hotel operations and implementation of service standards in order to maximize guests and employees satisfaction
2. Manage budgets, financial plan and control of expenditures
3. Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
4. Daily update on the booking sites for efficiency booking monitoring
5. Regular attending of all hotel mails, phone and text corresponding with our guests/clients
Set and achieve sales profit targets
6. Complete daily book-keeping and proper detail recordings on the required given forms before submitting to Group Chief Manager
7. Organize and implement periodic staff meetings to evaluate overall effectiveness of communication and staff development
8. Daily hand-over of the cash turn over generate from the hotel

Required skills
1. Computer skills (ms. excel, word etc)
2. Self-motivated
3. Working with minimum supervision
4. Good communication skills
5. Fluently English speaker, French will add value
