Reports to: – Director of Programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new calls for Consultancy or project and inform the supervisor on weekly basis.
- Develop a database of potential donors and clients and Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Participate in drafting proposals with Proposal developing Team.
- Take lead in attending opening of tenders and submitting tender documents where appropriate.
- Develop promotional materials for the company.
• Develop a database of key consultants and projects implemented by the company.
• To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by relevant authorities of the company.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A postgraduate degree in economics, Public Policy, Marketing and Procurement,
- Finance, Business Administration, Project Planning, Investment and Planning or any related field.
- Must have at least 3.5 GPA at undergraduate level
- At least two years’ experience in consultancy service management.
- Understanding of tendering processes, government procurement and TRA systems.
SKILLS
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Good knowledge of computer and software application.
- Capacity to write feasible business ideas and proposals.
- Good command of presentation skills and ability to prepare standard Power Points for formal presentation.
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds.
- Proven Integrity and good personality.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Age requirement: Between 25 and 45 years old.
Remuneration: Attractive package as per Company remuneration policy.
