Position : Executive Assistant
Reporting to Managing Director
Qualifications :
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience:
At least 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
Duties
- Manage Director's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
- Manage Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation)
- Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt by the Director/or on behalf of the Director or other staff as appropriate
- Maintain Director's office system, including data management and filing
- Screen calls, enquiries, requests and deal with them when appropriate
- Assist Director in reaching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director's responsibilities
- Organise meeting and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Requirements
- Excellent Administrative and Secretarial skills
- Must have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working to a Managing Director
- Good Oral and Written communication skills
- Organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Good computer skills - Ms Office
