Roles and Responsibilities
- Help formulate the Retail Distribution budget and develop capability to achieve product wise business targets.
- Supporting and facilitating business development and management including launch and roll out of new products in the Bank.
- Manage employee performance and competence development to ensure delivery of business plans
- Carry out market research to guide development of pricing strategies, product development and customer service programs
- Building Corporate Image through meetings with opinion leaders, VIP customers and apprising them of positive developments within the Bank
- Planning all necessary retail activities to achieve the annual target by developing the annual marketing sales plan which includes: numbers to be achieved, number of sales people required and manner in which the team is to be deployed;
- Leading, controlling, administering, coordinating, and managing performance of the entire retail business team in all the branches;
- Measuring the quality and quantity of the results of the retail team by monitoring individual performance of the team, monitoring effectiveness of the strategy to ensure on course achievement of targets, compiling and analysing sales figures , preparing monthly reports;
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience
