Office attendant – (1 Post)
Reports to: – Personal Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean the office and office environment.
- Support with movements of paper in the office and outside the office.
- Support with preparation of office tea and attend guest.
- Support on minor office management services such as filing of documents.
- Carry out other activities as may be assigned to him/her by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Holder of Form four proven certificate of Secondary Education with credit passes in English and Kiswahili.
- Experience of working at the capacity of office attendant or in cleaning companies is an added advantage.
- Holding VETA certificate in the related field is an added advantage
SKILLS
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds.
- Good command of speaking English is an asset.
- Proven Integrity and good personality
Age requirements: Between 18 and 30 years old.
