Our client is seeking for the HR Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that employee policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across client groups and the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leave policy queries, helping with Leave portal usage, leave encashment implementation etc.
- Resolve employee pay and benefits queries
- Anchoring mandatory document collection from employee/family to enable smooth exits
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
