DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and a second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Business/Management / Economics and or related professional qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the operation and support activities at the branch.
- Effective customer service through prompt and timely quality service.
- Establish and manage effective marketing and business development programmes. Loans Portfolio management
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- 5 years’ minimum experience in a managerial position (preferably in a banking environment)
- Result Oriented
- A structured approach to dealing with complex and variable work environments in an independent manner
