JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with review and revision of contracts;
- Assist with contracts migration and quality control in contracts management system;
- Research areas of law as necessary for business needs of company;
- Assist in training and presentations to company on legal issues and policies; and
- Assist on legal projects in other areas, as requested by the legal department.
