Field Monitor
PURPOSE OF POSITION
This Purpose of Position will be used in the WVI or local Careers site, and if applicable, advertisements. Please describe the role in 2-3 concise sentences. To monitor the delivery, distribution, documentation and reporting associated with all commodities supported to refugees. Work hand in hand with relief committee members
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

10% Ensure that assigned distribution site /chute is adequately clean and that all necessary working tools are available prior to food distribution Clean working environment
30% Based on the approved distribution plan inform the relief committees on the quantities of food expected and ration scales.
Beneficiaries knowledgeable on their entitlement
40% Oversee the distribution process in collaboration with the relief committees and ensure proper rations are distributed Beneficiaries receive right entitlement (FBM reports)
10%
Supervise receipt/offloading of food/non-food commodities to ensure correctness of quantity, content and quality as per the waybill
All key documents are well documented timely
10% Compile periodical reports and ensure their accuracy and timely submission these include daily reports, weekly reports and end of distribution circle reports Available of accurate reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:

Degree or Advance Diploma in Procurement, Accounts, Social Sciences, Education or related field from recognised Institutes
List additional work experience required as a minimum qualification for this position.
Experienced in working with humanitarian context
Experienced in working with commodities program or Accounts.
