• Answering telephone calls responded to queries and reply email
• Preparing expenses reports and office budgets
• Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
• Systematically filling Important company document
• Forwarding all correspondence such as letters and packages to staff members
• Scheduling Meetings and bookings conference rooms
• Assisting the HR department in postings & Interview
• Serve as point of contact for logistical and administrative needs in the office
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Business Adminstration/Management,Public Relation,Accounting,Finance or Advanced Diploma in similar field
• Proven experience working on office environment
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office Application
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
