Aga Khan Education Service, Tanzania (AKES,T), is a private, not for profit, service company registered under the Companies Act and operates three schools in Tanzania offering the International Baccalaureate -IB PYP Diploma Programme, Pre IGCSE at grades 7 -9, IGCSE at Grades 10 and 11 and the NECTA curric­ulum from Form 1-6. AKES,T is currently seeking qualified, dynamic, open-minded, committed, effective and experienced candidates to fill the following positions based in Dar es Salaam for the new term starting September 2021:


Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary School

Position Title:  (IB ) Primary Years Program Coordinator


The ideal candidates must be a qualified teacher with relevant academic documentation and a minimum of2-3 3 year’s experience. Young dynamic graduates can apply whereby if successful AKES,T would pro­vide the required initial training to support the graduate to gain the required experience.


Position requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Education from reputable accredited university
  • Minimum 2- 3years experience in teaching same subject, same level in International and National School
