Position: Human Resources and Legal Intern – Dar es salaam
GardaWorld is a leading company in the region in provision of security solutions, facilities management, and training services across East and Central Africa.
To strengthen our growing General HR &Legal Department, we are recruiting for an Intern in our Human Resources and Legal Department position in our Dar es Salaam Head Office.
The incumbent will join strong & busy HR & Legal team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate HR & Legal functions. The duties that include but are not limited to: -
- You will be working with HR department and Company’s Legal advisor(s) on the internal labour/civil matters including but not limited to Disciplinary hearings, Attending to Labour Disputes in CMA and in HC with the Company Lawyer, Drafting of Official HR letters such as Job offers, Promotions, Terminations, Notifications.
- Any other duties assigned to you by management.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum Education is Degree in Human Resources/ Law (Qualified Advocate is an added Advantage)
- Experience in attending labour/ civil court sessions
