RECEPTIONIST - GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Kijiji Beach is looking for a Receptionist-Guest Relations having the following must-have attributes:
- Full professional proficiency in English
- 2 years of experience at a Front Desk of a hotel listed in at least one OTA (Online Travel Agencies, like Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, ect.) and/or a travel website (like Trip Advisor, Lonely Planet, ect.)
- well educated manners, natural charm, positive attitude
- motivated, perservering, higly stress resistant
- team player (round the clock)
- an aptitude to analytical and synthetical thinking, a good capacity of judgement and a long attention span
- honesty, honesty and honesty! (and this should come first!) + punctuality
