We seek a career-minded individual, with a passion for the entertainment business, to fill the personal assistant position at FFE Ltd. Prior work experience in administration is essential, as well as a Bachelor’s relating to the entertainment or business field.

An acute attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time is critical. Prior experience as a personal assistant would be a plus.

Responsibilities for the position include the activities associated with supporting individuals involved in production and management of a number of tasks.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Provide personalized assistance to director

- Work one-on-one basis on a variety of tasks related to one director’s working life and communication

- Booking meetings

- Writing reports, if needed and executive summaries of notes

- Typing documents/notes

- Make calls when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Background or understanding of how a business runs

Knowledge of computer applications- MS Office, Adobe PDF

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, including experience with business writing (in Swahili and especially in English)

Able to manage a broad scope of responsibilities while maintaining attention to quality and detail

Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure

Ability to type with speed and accuracy

One to two years’ work experience

Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage responsibilities independently while working with small, tight-knit staff
