Job Summary: . . .
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Manager is responsible for the overall human resources policy development and implementation as well as initiate, develop, obtain approval and ensure implementation of appropriate human resources policies and procedures to ensure that the Bank attracts, retains and motivates the right caliber of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Shall include but not limited to the following;
Assist implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development;
Assist in Managing human resources operations;
Develops human resources operations financial strategies;
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values;
Complies with Tanzania's employee legal requirements;
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO/Head of Human Resources from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources, Public
Administration or Business Administration;
Possession of Professional Certification, CIPD, PHR, CIMS, SHRM - CP,
SHRM - SCP is an added advantage;
Possession of at least eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources
Management, five (5) years of which must be in senior management in a Financial Institution.
