FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
• Lead F&B team
• Establish targets ,KPIs ,schedules ,policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture a responsibility based environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation
• Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards
• Open minded and able to think outside the box
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English essential.other languages are also beneficial
