GENERAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall management, including operations ,bar ,kitchen ,financial ,resort activities
• Direct line management responsibilities for senior management team and indirectly for team of stuff
• Human resource management and staff development
• Budget and forecast creation ,management and control
• Resort marketing –management of the resort social media platforms, includingfacebook, instagram …etc.
• Sustainability –responsible for ensuring sustainability targets are met and improved upon year or year
• Direct and coordinate activities of the business and oversee all departments
• Ensure resort quality and standards are kept highly impressive
• Over and above overseeing wellbeing of the resort
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Energetic ,proactive person with well developed concept of the importance of providing worldclass guest experience
• Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation
• Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards
• Open minded and able to think outside the box
• Ability to motivate yourself and others
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Competent financial and I.T skills
• Fluent in Engllishessential.other languages are also beneficial
