Day to Day client management and relations

Implementation and monitoring of client campaigns and deliverables
Client retention
Collaboration with engagement, design, development, and ad buy team.
Pitching and presenting to clients,leading on the delivery of major proposals/tenders
Provide creative input and direct lead on client projects
Analysing researching and insight to inform client strategy
