Administration Manager

Responsibilities
  • To ensure compliance with the laws of Tanzania, the requirements of the supervisory authorities, and the norms defined in the Charter of the Bank Responsible for Fixed Assets.
  • Management of Administration Department
  • Responsible for Fixed Assets
  • Responsible for Logistics
  • Management of Administration Staff
  • Responsible for Administration in the branches
  • Responsible for Security
  • Ensure high level of internal control in the administration department
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and Procurement
  • Responsible for construction projects
Qualification and Personal Attributes
  • Holds a university degree in Business Administration/Procurements/finance/Commerce
  • Experience; At least three years’ experience in an Administration Department of a private company; International organisation; NGO :Banks
  • At least three years’ experience in management functions.
  • Good knowledge of the procurement Act, and other related laws available in Tanzania
  • Experience in team management, ability to motivate team members by adopting a positive and constructive attitude
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
  • Perfect command of written and spoken English
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel for data analysis and presentation, PowerPoint, MS Visio)
