Administration Manager
Responsibilities
- To ensure compliance with the laws of Tanzania, the requirements of the supervisory authorities, and the norms defined in the Charter of the Bank Responsible for Fixed Assets.
- Management of Administration Department
- Responsible for Fixed Assets
- Responsible for Logistics
- Management of Administration Staff
- Responsible for Administration in the branches
- Responsible for Security
- Ensure high level of internal control in the administration department
- Ensure efficient use of resources and Procurement
- Responsible for construction projects
Qualification and Personal Attributes
- Holds a university degree in Business Administration/Procurements/finance/Commerce
- Experience; At least three years’ experience in an Administration Department of a private company; International organisation; NGO :Banks
- At least three years’ experience in management functions.
- Good knowledge of the procurement Act, and other related laws available in Tanzania
- Experience in team management, ability to motivate team members by adopting a positive and constructive attitude
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
- Perfect command of written and spoken English
- Computer skills (Word, Excel for data analysis and presentation, PowerPoint, MS Visio)
