The NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Procurement Officer – Projects Support.
Under the supervision of the Head of Procurement, Travel and Stores Division of the NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency or his/her delegate, the Procurement Officer – Projects Support will carry out Procurement tasks and support the Southern Africa TB and Health Systems Support Project (SATBHSSP) and other Procurements to ensure successful delivery of procurement services of the project and that of NEPAD Agency.

Education and Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field. A CIPS Procurement Certification will be an added advantage. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience in the field of Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Stores.

Remuneration: Indicative basic salary of US$27,311.00 per annum plus other entitlements e.g. Post Adjustment (57% of basic salary), Housing allowance ($21,196.80 per annum), Gratuity (15% of gross salary) in conformity with the rules and procedures applicable to internationally recruited staff of the African Union.
